We have three Sunday School classes which cover all ages of children. Children 3-5 years of age meet together on the first floor. We use The Gospel Project as the curriculum for this class. The 1st-3rd graders meet together on the second floor at the end of the hall. The 4th-6th grade class also meets on the second floor in the third classroom on the left. We use Explore the Bible as the curriculum for the 1st-3rd and 4th-6th grade classes.
Children’s church is offered during the sermon portion of the church service. It is available for children from preschool through 6th grade. Children may sit on the front two pews of the Sanctuary or with their parents until they are dismissed following the offertory song. This time is used to reinforce the lessons learned in Sunday School and help the children learn how to apply the lessons to their own lives. Children 3-5 years old can be picked up in their Sunday School classroom on the first floor. 1st-6th graders can be picked up from the 4th-6th grade Sunday School classroom on the 2nd floor.
Children’s Choir is a time for kids to learn and sing about God. In addition to singing, the children will have a snack time and a time to play games.
We provide a time for children to study the Bible on their level during our Wednesday night Prayer Meeting. Children who are in 1st-6th grade meet downstairs in the Fellowship Hall. Children 3-5 years old meet in a classroom on the first floor.
